The contrast of sweet and salty makes this desert a complete hit!! Ingredients: ( for 2 trays ) 3 and a half bars of lindtt 70-85%

1 bag of shelled and crushed pistachios 1/4 if a bag of cut and sliced cranberries ( easiest thing is to cut with a scissor ) Recipe: Melt the chocolate over a pot of boiling water Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper Spread the melted chocolate on the trays with a back of a spoon Sprinkle your pistachios and cranberries on top Sprinkle sea salt over 🙌🏻 Freeze 3-4 hours, over night ( ideally) Break up and serve chilled
