Grain-Free Granola

I love granola, but don’t love all the sugar that brands put into it.

Hence why I came up with my own one, which is high in protein and fat 🙌🏻 Eat it with milk/ yogurt/ top of porridge/ just by itself! 🤤

Ingredients:

- 100 grams of pecans

- 100 grams of sliced almonds

- 120 grams of almond flour

- 100 grams of pumpkin seeds

- 100 grams of coconut

- 1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

- 1 tsp of vanilla

- 80 grams of coconut oil

- 80 grams of honey

.

Recipe:

- Preheat oven to 180* / gas mark 4

- Add all nuts and cinnamon into a bowl and mix

- Drizzle melted coconut and honey to the mixture

- Add vanilla and cinnamon

- Spread the mixture into a baking sheet

- Cook for 20-25 minutes, TOSS every 5 minutes
