Greek Yogurt Chicken
A SUPER simple sandwich filler or salad option. Have it on crackers /toast or in lettuce wraps! This recipe is a great option to get the kids involved in cooking in the kitchen as its one of the most easiest recipe ever! Great for changing up and making sandwiches a lot more nutritious!
250 grams of cooked chicken ( diced )
60 grams diced red onion
1 medium sized, diced apple
60 grams of grapes, halved
25grams of dried cranberries, slices
160 grams of Greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
Salt and pepper-to taste
Wholegrain bread /crackers /cos lettuce
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients
Add salt and pepper for taste
Store in a container in the fridge and serve on wholegrain toast /crackers /lettuce wraps or on its own !!
